These conditions are governed by Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, and apply to all online commerce transactions, including the ordering, delivery, and payment of goods. 

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS

Lippia – sensual boutique ensures national and international shipments (only to countries /belonging to EU, except for Spanish islands and Norway) of its products, in a discreet package (box or padded envelope) without any indication of its content and without showing any signs of the item(s) or any labeling of our company, showing only our registered office address.

CTT/ CTT Express - The order will be delivered on the indicated address between 2 to 5 working days.

International Shipments - Lippia – sensual boutique only ships to countries of the EU, except for Spanish islands and Norway, within 5-12 working days to the indicated address. Shipping time will be in accordance of the shipping method of the carrier and the distance/localization. For further information contact us.

Shipping fees

Portugal (Azores and Madeira islands included), and to Spain (peninsula) the shipping fees will have a single value of €7. If the order amount is €60 or higher the shipping fees will be free of charge.

For the remaining countries of the EU (with the exception of Spanish Islands and Norway), the shipping fees will have a single value of €25. If the order amount is of €200 or higher the shipping fees will be free of charge.

Once your order has been received/placed, paid and if all the products are in stock, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the status of the order and the estimated delivered time on the indicated address.

All the orders are prepared and shipped until 16:00h of each working day.

If the order is canceled after it has been shipped or not picked up, Lippia – sensual boutique reserves the right to charges the shipping fees to the customer.

Regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, if the order is canceled by the customer before shipment, the amount to be refunded will have a deduction of up to 2.5% of the purchase value (this percentage varies depending on the payment method) + €0.25 to cover refund services and the fees charged to our company by banks and/or online payment processing companies.

If there is no one to receive the order at the indicated address or not picking it up at the post office, the return shipping costs, and the shipping fees of the new shipment (of the same order) will be charged to the customer. The customer will be able to reschedule the delivery within a period of 1 month starting on the day that the delivery was (previously) schedule if the payment of the previous shipment (order returned to sender) was made. The fees of the new shipment are also at charge of the customer. If the procedures are not performed between the established period (described above), Lippia – sensual boutique reserves the right to charge the customer of all the costs involved of the shipment (packaging, monetary transactions and shipping fee), which will be deduced on the refund. If the shipping fees were free of charge on the order, those costs will also be part of the shipment expenses.

If any defects, damages are found on the items and if/or the items do not match with the order, the customer must identify the damages and/or defects and send by email to info@lippia-sensualboutique.com and must be done within 14 days starting on the day that the order was delivered.

Return/Refund

  1. Lippia – sensual boutique ensures high quality standards for all the products that commercializes. Nevertheless, if any of the purchased products is not according to costumer expectations, customer has 14 days, starting from the day that the package was received, to proceed to its return, without being necessary to indicate the motive (optional only), in accordance with the nº 1 of the article 10º, DlL nº 24/2014, 14th of February.
    - However, the customer should inform of its intention of proceeding with the return indicating which items pretends to return, order number and the registration information (name, address, phone number) by email to info@lippia-sensualboutique.com. We do not accept returns without previous contact.
  2. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of lingerie, sex toys or other similar items:
    - When the transparent plastic was damaged and or the package damaged, open or torn.
    - When used items, damaged due to inappropriate use or package in poor/bad condition.
    - 2.1 Return of any kind of intimate apparel, for instance slips, thongs, underwear, jockstraps, socks, tights, catsuits and bodysuits, etc. is not accepted.
    - Return or Exchange of any consumable product, for instance, massage oils, lubricants, condoms, creams, aphrodisiacs, disinfectant/sanitizer liquids, hygiene products, etc. is not accepted.
  3. For all return shipments the expenses (including the transport for return) are supported by the client.
  4. In case of contract resolution, the shipping fees will not be refunded or in case of free shipping fees, it will be deduced on the return funds.
  5. Regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, if the order is canceled by the customer before shipment, an amount of €2 + VAT (€2.46) will be deducted from the refund, corresponding to the reimbursement service fee and covering the commissions charged to our company by banks and/or online payment processing companies.
  6.  In case the price displayed is not correct, item description or picture, customer will be immediately informed of it and the proper information will be provided. The customer may choose on maintaining the order with the correct items or cancel it without any further costs.
  7. The website is always updated only with products in stock. Eventually it may be impossible to satisfy your order due to unexpected stockouts; in such a situation you will be promptly informed of the fact as well as the expected waiting time for stock replacement.
  8. Lippia sensual boutique reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the items pricing, or any other content of the website, however, the price displayed once you place the order should remain the same.
  9. The established prices, except spelling errors, published or out of stock includes VAT and are only valid for the day that they are announced.
  10. The promotional prices, unless explicitly indicated otherwise, spelling mistake, publishing or out of stock, are only valid for the day of the announcement.
  11. The resend of prepaid orders that are returned for reasons not attributable to the store, implies the payment of € 10 for mainland Portugal and Islands, and Spain Peninsula; and € 25 for the remaining countries belonging to the European Union.
